Rules official "Haiti bike Marathon 2010"

L 'Asd Chiarcosso, under the aegis dell'UDACE-Csain and in collaboration with the Asd Pedale Gemonese, Asd Cicli Capodivento, Asd CicliGranzon, Asd Grigioneri 2000, Asd Amici & Bici Biohaus Nadali, Asd Stella Azzurra, asd Ki.Co.SyS.Stella Azzurra, Asd Ki.Co.SyS. Ermetic serramenti e asd Cerneglons 87 arranges the fourth edition of "Haiti Marathon Bike race" athletic racing which will take place of departure and arrival in Primulacco (Ud) Sunday, April 25th, 2010.

 PARTICIPATION: The event is open to all UDACE’s, FCI’s or “council company”’s members, of both sexes, in possession of medical certification for athletics sport and foreigner bikers in possession of the card, issued by the federation of belonging, for the year 2010. For bikers who partecipate at the Combinate 2010 (Haiti Marathon Bike Race + Haiti Granfondo and Mediofondo) this race will be valid as a proof.  The Organizing Committee has the option not to accept unwelcome subscriptions.

 CATEGORIES:  admitted to race categories established by Regulation UDACE namely:

PATHS: "Haiti Marathon Bike" provides 2 paths: “Marathon” and “Fondo”. "Marathon" paths is 57 kilometres long and the “Fondo” one is 44 kilometres long. Both of them will go through  Nimis, Attimis and Monteprato morainic hills and trough the vineyards of Savorgnano to Torre. Departure and arrival in Primulacco.

For reasons of force majeure at any time the director of the race, according to the chairman of the jury, may amend the racetrack and then preparing the necessary reports.

REGISTRATION: is open from 1 January 2010. : It could be made:

a) a)      Going directly to the asd Chiarcosso headquarter in Via Campoformido, 94 in  Pasian of Prato (UD) 33037- telephone +39 0432 690 620 - - mobile 348 260 16 80 (9:00/12:00 e 15:00/19:00) -  16 80 (9:00 / 12:00 and 15:00 / 19:00) - fax + 39 0432 699 706

b) b)      or by filling out the registration form clearly (please write in capital letters and complete all parts of the form) and paying the amount in one of the following ways:

1)  Payment on postal account No 11034592 registered on asd Chiarcosso - Piazza della Chiesa, 4 to 33037 PASSONS (UD) only for Italian resident bikers.

2) Payment on bank tranfer, bank charges paid by the originator, on IBAN code: IT 78 L 8715 63710 000000138784 (for foreign transfers SWIFT code: ICCRAITRRJV0 registered on asd Chiarcosso c / o BANK OF UDINE - Credito Cooperativo Filiale Bressa of Campoformido (UD).

 Then biker has to send a copy of payment, registration form and photocopy of member card by fax to: asd Chiarcosso Fax +39 0432 699 706 - Registration without payment will NOT be accepted.

The registration form can be downloaded directly from the site www.corsaperhaiti.com. For its compilation maximum clarity and attention in exposure of data is requested. The original member card is however requested upon withdrawal numbers security for verification by the judges. The sign of the registration form give the authorization to the organizer or his delegate to gather information also concerning sensitive data from the competent authorities if necessary. These data will be used exclusively to informe relatives in case of accident.

 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Sunday April 26th 2009.

REGISTRATION FEES:

 The price includes: “race package” with race numbers, news, pasta party voucher, bottle of wine, integrators, Haiti artistic gift, borax. There are also few free services (included in the price) at disposal as medical assistance, mechanical assistance (excluding spare parts), massage, path refreshments, showers. Final refreshments and participation in the lottery of wonderful prizes.

REPAYMENT SHARES ACCESSION: the fees are not refundable for any reason. However, if the biker is unable to take part at the “Haiti Marathon Bike race” he has an alternative: transfer of registration to another person. This transfer is possible making request no later than April 19th 2010. The person entered in place must provide all personal and membership information. The biker can also transfer the registration to the next edition, communicating by fax or mail no later than April 24^th 2010.
 Payment of the fee will not be refundable in case of cancellation of the event for reasons independent of the will of the organiser (example: natural disasters, revocation of administrative permits).

RACE NUMBERS AND “RACE PACKAGE” WITHDRAWAL: will be done at the Hospitality Village place in Piazza Indipendenza in Feletto Umberto (UD) (bikers must have the original receipt of payment).
-  Saturday April 25th from 14.00 to 19.00 and Sunday April 26th from 7:00 to 9:00.
. IMPORTANT: the original member card (Udace, FCI or “council company”) or licence of Cicloturista must be showed at the withdrawal to the Udace judges who will verify its validity.  The absence of this document CAN NOT BE    Replaced by AUTOCERTIFICAZIONE. (self-made certification). For teams, whose registration has be made cumulative by the Company, only one person has to go to the judges bench with the list of the company bikers and the original of  member cards and payment receipt.

FRONTAL RACE NUMBERS: please note that the race number is strictly personal and non-transferable. I It is also forbidden to tamper in any way the number race. IMPORTANT: to every biker will be delivered a hard type of race number that has to be returned at the end of the race.  The jury will deal the member card (or License) of biker that will be returned when they will be given on the number of race.

 THE COMPOSITION GRIDS: take account only of the date of registration.

GRID ADMITTANCE: from 9:00am to 9:50am. The asd Chiarcosso reserves the right to disqualify anyone who will not start from the reserved grid for his number and anyone who does not follow the grid workers instructions.

DEPARTURE: At 9:50am from PRIMULACCO (UD).

TIME DEADLINE: 15:00 of Sunday April 25th.

 GATES TIMES: Will br 2 gates:

1°  CERGNEU INFERIORE with closing time at 12:00

2°SAN GERVASIO with closing hours 13:00

AFTER THE MARATHON:  Requests for any changes and / or additions in the classifications will be accepted until April 29th 2010, at the e-mail info@corsaperhaiti.com or fax +39 0432 699706. After that date, the classifications will be definitive.

HELMET: wearing of helmet is requested.

 VEHICLES TO FOLLOW: No type of vehicle (scooters, motorcycles, cars etc..) is allowed to follow bikers. Immediate exclusion from the event is the penalty. The path will transit “interpoderali” roads where the movement of motor vehicles is PROHIBITED and regulated by Regional Law.  For offenders sanctions are provided.

MECHANIC ASSISTANCE: is placed at the departure point and along the route in 2 fixed fixed spaces. Any assistance make by private, following the race or simply on board of the road (not prepared by the Organising Committee) is strictly prohibited.

HEALTH SERVICE: it provides for the use of 2 ambulances with doctors and nurses; a mobile service of First Aid with motorbikes and specialist personnel will follow bikers. Fixed and mobile radio relief  points will be spread on the path.

THE TRAFFIC ROAD: The vehicular traffic during the event is open and therefore there must be absolute compliance of the Code.  The Organization disclaims any responsibility for events occurred before, during and after the event involving bikers themselves and with third parties. Udace regulation is valid for all things not specified in this regulationPer quanto non contemplato nel presente Regolamento vige quello della UDACE..

CONTROLS: Judges controls will be set up without prenotifiation. Passing trought these controls is required to be classified. The lack of even a single transit / relief will occur the exclusion from the classifiation. Biker must show under handlebars the number race. Race numbers that will be not cleary legible will cause the exclusion from the classification.

OFFICIAL CLASSIFICATIONS: The absolute male and female classifiation of the two paths will be made. Unofficial classification will be drawn by Udace category for the two paths.

SCORES: For each category from 1° to 10 ° classified will be assigned points to climb from 10 to 1. The sum of the bikers scores that belong to a company will determine the classificarion for companies.  For this ranking will not be considered the scores acquired by Debuttanti (this score is used for  "Combined 2009" only

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS: Haiti artistic objects and possibly of food prizes for the first 5 classified of each category  and for the first 5 companies graded, the absolute winner (best timing) will wear the mesh of 17 ^ Haiti Race.

VARIATIONS: This Regulation could be changed by the Organizing Committee for reasons it deems necessary for the best success of the event or for reasons of force majeure.

DISQUALIFICATIONS: would be penalised by disqualification from the event: who will run with another race number, who will supply the back number to others or other serious matter that will be detected, who will throw rubbish outside the marked spaces. It appeals to the sense of civic participants in order not to lay waste along the roads, but put them in special containers placed in refreshment

COMPLAINTS: Any complaints must prevent to the jury in regulation terms with the registration fee.

 WEB SITE: Official newsletter of the event is the website. Therefore, all official communications and any registration news will be available on the site.

CAUTION:  I declare that I know and respect the rules of the event and regulations UDACE force and I am 18 years old at the day of Granfondo.  I know that I can not enter the event unless they are physically fit and properly trained.  I'm joining voluntarily and I take all the risks arising from my participation at: falls, contact with the vehicle, with other participants, spectators or otherwise; including extreme cold and / or humid, traffic and road condition.  Being aware of the above, considering the acceptance of my entry, I, on behalf of myself and in any other, I rise and free the Organizing Committee of the event, the GM Sport, the bodies promoters, all our sponsors and sponsors of the event, of all present and future claims or liability of any kind, known or unknown, arising from my participation in the event.  I also confirm that I am aware that was not signed by any insurance policy that will pay back bikers of any kind of accidental injuries occurring during the event, therefore, are to be borne by each athlete, all expenses resulting from this.   Under Article 13 of DLvo June 30, 2003, informing No. 196: a) that the data contained in the enrollment form are required for registration, in order to prepare the list of participants, the standings, the historical archive , To carry out the services in the Regulation and for sending information material of Race Haiti or its partners b) the consequences of failing to provide data or information referred to above consist of the non-admission to the event c) that the rights of the person concerned in regard to the processing of personal data are listed in Article 7 of that DLvo No 196/03”. 196/03.  At any moment he could see, modify, delete their data for free by writing to the controller of personal data at the asd Chiarcosso.

Any changes to this regulation and program does not involve either reimbursements or responsibility generally to anything
